For us dogs form a vital part of the family. They're loving, loyal to a fault and bring so much happiness into our lives. We would never leave them at home when we holiday in the UK and I believe this is the same for millions of loving dog owners around the country. The Lake District is the perfect place to holiday year-round for all the family - especially for "man's best friend"! Lakes, mountains, rivers and forests to explore, offering a true adventure experience for our four-legged friends [and the rest of the family]. There are so many dog friendly attractions around The Lake District and Ullswater offers the perfect destination for this, they can even take a ride on the Ullswater Steamers. Here at Waternook we recognise how important dogs are in our lives and what's why we offer the perfect luxury experience for all the family. Four legged friends have their very own room which benefits from underfloor heating, stunning fell views, external access to the rear of the property, Belfast sink and a hosepipe just outside to clean muddy paws. Upon request we can also provide dogs beds. Please respect our request to keep dogs in the boot room only and must not be allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Maximum three dogs, please.
