Firstly, we are delighted to be welcoming guests back to stay with us. We will of course be returning to a new normal, one for which we are well prepared with new, detailed cleaning and sanitising protocols. These are to ensure the health, safety and security of our guests, contractors and local community.

As part of our preparations a comprehensive risk assessment has been completed and will be updated as and when guidance changes. This is available upon request and was prepared based on evidence currently available about COVID-19 from the Government, PASC UK, UK Hospitality, Public Health England, the World Health Organisation and our expert housekeeping contractor.

For your peace of mind we have been awarded the "We're Good To Go" accreditation from Visit England, the "AA Covid Confident" accreditation and the World Travel & Tourism Council's Safe Travels stamp. Our expert housekeeping contractor has also been awarded the "We're Good To Go" accreditation from Visit England and has the World Health Organisation's accreditations for "Infection, Prevention and Control [IPC] for Novel Coronavirus [COVID-19]", hygiene and PPE.
